1. What is your 30-day exchange and return policy?

We're confident you'll adore your Edensilk products. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
Just reach out to us at hello@edensilksleep.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly assist you with:
- A full refund (minus any processing fees)*: We'll credit your original payment method.
- A 1-to-1 exchange: Swap your item for a different size, color, or product.
To be eligible, simply ensure your item is:
- Unwashed and unused
- In its original packaging, including the box
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or promotional items.

2. How much is the processing fee?
Changed your mind? No problem! We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. For a flat fee of $25, we'll arrange a courier to collect the item you'd like to exchange or return.
Unfortunately, our payment processor charges us non-refundable fees for each cancellation or refund. We pass a portion of this cost along as a $25 processing fee.
3. How do I exchange or return my items?
If, for any reason, you're not thrilled with your purchase, we want to make it right. Email us at hello@edensilksleep.com with photos or use our live chat (bottom right) to start the exchange or return process.
4. When will I receive my refund?
We want to make your return process seamless. After receiving your item(s), we'll process your refund within 10-14 business days and notify you via email. The funds should be back in your account within 3-5 business days after that.
Important: To ensure your refund eligibility, please return items within 30 days of delivery.
5. Returning or Exchanging Your International Order
If you're outside of Singapore and need to return or exchange an item, our 30-day policy still applies. Simply contact us, and we'll provide instructions. Please be aware that you'll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
6. International Duties & Taxes
When ordering from outside of Singapore, your package may incur additional duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are unable to refund these fees.
7. Do your exchange and return policies apply to your markdown items?
We want to be transparent with you. Items purchased at a markdown price are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
